Privacy Policy

Gravion collects no data. There is no account, no server of ours, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The app runs entirely on your device and works with no network connection at all. This policy exists to say exactly that, and to explain the few things that do happen on your device.
1. Who is responsible

This policy covers the Gravion app for iPhone and iPad, distributed on the Apple App Store, and this website.
2. What we do not collect
To be completely clear:
• No name, email address or phone number
• No user account — Gravion never asks you to sign up or sign in
• No location data
• No health data
• No advertising identifier (IDFA). Gravion never shows the App Tracking Transparency prompt because it has nothing to track.
• No analytics or crash-reporting SDK of any kind
• No contacts, calendar, microphone or camera access
• No server of ours. We do not operate a backend, so there is nowhere for your data to be sent.
3. What stays on your device
Gravion stores a small amount of information locally, on your device only. It never leaves it, and we have no way of reading it:
• Your settings (sound, haptics, frame rate, language, Zen mode and so on)
• The atmospheres you save in the Studio, and your last active configuration
• Which atmosphere trials you have already used, so the app knows what is unlocked
• Whether Gravion Unlimited has been purchased, as reported by Apple
Deleting the app deletes all of it. You can also reset it from the app's settings.
4. Permissions
Photos (add only). Asked for only when you save a still image or a video. Gravion requests add-only access, which means it can write the file you just created to your photo library and cannot read, browse or import anything else from it.
That is the only permission Gravion ever requests. The camera and the microphone are not used by the app, and the network is not needed for any feature except the App Store purchase itself, which is handled by Apple.
5. Purchases
Gravion Unlimited is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. Apple processes the payment; we never see or receive your payment details, your Apple Account or your email address.
The app only asks Apple a single question — whether this Apple Account owns the product — and stores the yes or no locally. Apple's own privacy policy applies to the transaction: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
Because the purchase is attached to your Apple Account, Family Sharing and "Restore Purchases" work as usual, on every device signed in to that account.
6. Third parties
Apple is the only third party involved, and only for distribution and payment. There is no advertising network, no analytics provider, no crash reporter, no attribution SDK and no social SDK inside Gravion.
Apple may collect its own information when you download the app or make a purchase, as described in Apple's privacy policy. That is outside our control and covered by Apple's terms.
7. This website
This site is a static marketing site. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
Our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived technical server logs (IP address, requested page, user agent) for security and availability. These logs are not used to profile you and are not cross-referenced with the app.
8. Children
Gravion is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Since the app collects no data at all, it collects no data from children either, and it complies with COPPA and with the GDPR's rules on children's data by design.
It contains no user-generated content, no chat and no social features. The only links out of the app are the support, privacy and terms pages of this website, in Settings and on the purchase screen; they open in Safari.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR, the CCPA and comparable laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your personal data, and to object to its processing.
Because Gravion holds no personal data about you on any server, there is nothing for us to retrieve, correct, export or erase. Everything the app knows about you is on your device and under your control: deleting the app removes it.
We do not sell or share personal information, for the simple reason that we do not have any.
If you still want to exercise a right or ask a question, write to contact@healdaily.app. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority; in France, that is the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
10. Security
Data that never leaves your device cannot be intercepted in transit or leaked from a server we do not run. On your device, Gravion relies on the standard iOS sandbox and on the protections of your device passcode and encryption.
11. Changes to this policy
If a future version of Gravion ever changed what it does with data, this policy would be updated before that version shipped, and the date at the top would change. Material changes would also be announced in the app's release notes.
This page always reflects the current version of the app.
